Tom, Rob and team are superb at what they do and an absolute pleasure to work with. Seeing the final versions of the scoped videos brought tears of joy, realizing and seeing my come to life. This was something I wasn’t sure was possible, and the team made it possible by attentively listening to the essence of what I was hoping we’d capture and the feeling I wanted to evoke in viewers. They creatively brought that to life and this was the difference-maker from other groups I've worked with where I had to be the creative director myself. Tom and Rob used consultative inquiry and deep listening, plus brought “outside the box” creative thinking to the set of video assets I wanted developed.
